Veg Cheese Sandwich


Ingredients:
  1. Sandwich bread- 1 pound
  2. Onion- 3 Large
  3. Tomato- 2 Big
  4. Carrot- 3
  5. Mint leaves- Handful
  6. Coriander leaves- Handful
  7. Ginger- 1 Inch
  8. Green chilly- 4
  9. Red chilly powder- 2 Tsp
  10. Garam masala  powder- 2 Tsp
  11. Processed cheese

Procedure:

To prepare green chutney- Grind the Mint leaves and Coriander leaves with ginger and salt. Adding little water.
To prepare the sandwich stuffing- In the pan add oil, add the onions and grated carrot. Fry on high flame. Add the red chilly powder and garam masala and cook until done.

Place the bread on the toaster apply the green chutney followed by sandwich stuffing, place the cheese and sliced tomato and toast until done.
