Made this from the left over Idly batter... Below is just a refresher..
Ingredients:
Procedure:
- White lentils- 3 Cups
- Idly Rawa (Semolina)- 6 Cups (If done in Grinder 6 cups. If done in mixer 1/5 cups)
- Salt
Procedure:
Soak the above items separately in 2 bowls for 4 hrs. Grind to a smooth paste and ferment overnight.
In the morning add salt to the batter. Pour a ladle full of batter and spread it carefully, smear tsp of oil and cook with the lid covered.
