Ingredients:
- Puffed rice- 10 Bowls
- Onion- 2 Medium
- Chilli powder- 3 Tsp
- Turmerice powder- 1 Tsp
- Mustard seeds- For seasonsing
- Green Chillies- 2
- Oil
- Coriander leaves- handful
Procedure:
Soak the puffed rice in water for 3-4 mins. Squeeze out all the water and place it in a separate bowl.
In the pan heat oil and allow the mustard and cumin seeds to crackle.
Add the onions, turmeric and saute for few mins. Add the puffed rice, chilli powder, green chillies and salt and cook for 5 - 10 mins.
Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
