Ingredients:
- Grated Cucumber- 1 Cup
- Raw rice- 2 Cups
- Grated coconut- 1/2 Cup
- Sugar- 1 Tsp
- Salt
Procedure:
Soak the raw rice for 3 to 4 hrs. Grind it along with coconut, sugar and salt to smooth paste. Mix the finely grated cucumber to the batter and prepare Dosa. The consistency of the batter should be pouring one. Heat the dosa pan, pour ladle full of batter, spread it evenly and smear oil then roast on both sides.
