Ingredients:
- Red boiled rice- 2 cup
- Grated coconut- 1 cup
- Salt
Procedure:
Soak the red boiled rice for 6 to 7 hrs. Grind it to smooth paste along with grated coconut. Heat the pan and pour ladle full of batter, smear tsp of oil and cover with lid and roast. The consistency of the batter should be thick.Enjoy with coconut chutney.
