Golgappa - Pani Puri - Puchkas

One of my favorite snack, bet you can't stop having one after another....



Stuffing Ingredients:
  1. Potatoes- 4 Medium
  2. Onion- 2 Medium
  3. Frozen peas- 1 Cup
  4. Salt
  5. Red chilli powder- 3 Tsp
  6. Garam masala- 2 Tsp
  7. Mango Powder- 1 Tsp
  8. Chat masala- 1 Tsp
  9. Coriander leaves- handful
Mash the boiled potatoes, add frozen peas, and add all the above ingredients. Mix and cook for 10 mins.


Pani Ingredients:
  1. Bunch of mint leaves- 1
  2. Bunch of Coriander leaves- 1 
  3. Tamarind extract- 2 Tsp
  4. Black salt- 1 Tsp
  5. Salt
  6. Cumin Seeds-1 Tsp
  7. Green chillies- 3

How to make Pani: 
 Clean the mint and coriander leaves. Blend all the ingredients adding required amount of water,then strain it with the help of a strainer.
Put the ground masala again in the blender adding water and strain it, repeat till you are able to extract thick liquid extrac. Adjust the salt and sourness to your taste.

Finally arrange the puris ,stuff the potato filling, pour the pani add sev ,coriander leaves and enjoy.

Note that I have used ready-made puris for this.
