Mushte Dosa

One of the easiest Konkani Dosa recipe....

Ingredients:
  1. Raw (dosa) rice- 4 Cups
  2. Black/White Lentil (urad dal)- 1 Cup
  3. Fenugreek seeds (methi)- 1 Tsp
  4. Beaten rice- 1 Cup
Procedure:

Soak raw rice, urad dal and methi in warm water for few 3 to 4 hrs.
Grind to smooth paste with beaten rice and allow to ferment overnight.
