One of the easiest Konkani Dosa recipe....
Ingredients:
Soak raw rice, urad dal and methi in warm water for few 3 to 4 hrs.
Grind to smooth paste with beaten rice and allow to ferment overnight.

- Raw (dosa) rice- 4 Cups
- Black/White Lentil (urad dal)- 1 Cup
- Fenugreek seeds (methi)- 1 Tsp
- Beaten rice- 1 Cup
