Ingredients:
- Capsicum- 3 Large
- Red chilli powder- 3 Tsp
- Gram flour(Besan)- 5 to 6 Tsp
- Asafoetida(Hing)- 1 Tsp
- Hot oil- 1 Tsp
Clean and cut the capsicum to big chunks.
Make a batter mixing all the above ingredients.
Dip the capsicum and make sure all sides are covered with the batter, deep fry the capsicum till crisp.
