I had few leftover Bread corners after making Bread rasmalai, So thought of making this dish which I used to eat a lot during my childhood days.

Procedure:
In the pan take little oil add urdal dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chilli and Hing .
Roughly tear the bread corners to small pieces and add to the above with sugar. Take off from flame once the bread are slighted brown.

- Sugar- 2 Tsp
- Red chilli (Kashmiri)- 3
- Black/white lentil(Urad dal)- 1/2 Tsp
- Curry leaves- Few
- Mustard seeds- 1 Tsp
- Asafoetida(Hing)- 1/2 Tsp
- Salt
