Ingredients:
Chicken- 500 gms
Onion- 5 Medium
Green chilli- 12-15
Mint leaves- handful
Coriander leaves- half bunch
Ginger garlic paste- 2 Tsp
Ginger- 1 Inch
Garlic- 4 cloves
Salt
Marination:
Yogurt
Chilli powder
Mint leaves
Ginger garlic paste
Procedure:
In a wok add little oil and fry the finely chopped onions till it turns to pinkish colour.
Grind the green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlics and ginger and blend to a smooth paste, Add this mixture to the fried onions and fry on medium heat till the raw smell disappears. Add the marinated chicken to this mixture add half glass of water and cook till done. This should take 20 mins to cook. Goes well with Roti and neer dosa.
