Ingredients:
- Radish- 7-8
- Yellow Dal- 1/2 cup
- Tomato- 2
- Onion- 1
- Fried Red chilli- 7-8
- Coriander seeds- 2 Tsb
- Jeera-1 Tsb
- Fenugreek seeds- 6seeds
- Asofoetida(Hing)- 1/2 Tsb
- Bengal gram- 1 /12 Tsb
- Coconut- 2 Tsb
- Salt
Procedure:
Dry roast the items from 5 to 10 and grind to a fine paste.
Place a tumbler in the cooker, let the first layer be Dal, then Radish, tomato, and onions. Boil for 3 whistle.
Mix the ground masala to the boiled radish and boil on medium heat for 20 mins. Finally season with mustard, curry leaves. Goes well with hot rice and ghee.
