Aloo Gobi dry sabzi

This sabzi can be relished with phulkas....



Ingredients:
  1. Potato- 3 Medium
  2. Cauliflower- Bowlful
  3. Cumin seeds (Jeera)- 2 Tsp
  4. Red Chilli powder- 2 Tsp
  5. Jerra powder- 1 Tsp
  6. Coriander powder- 1 Tsp
  7. Garam Masala powder- 2 Tsp
  8. Salt.

Procedure:

Boil both Cauliflower and Potatoes with little salt and turmeric power and keep aside.
Take little oil in the vessel, add the Jeera and allow it to splutter. To this add the boiled cauliflower and potatoes followed by item (4 to 8). 
Add little water give a nice stir, cover and cook for 15 mins on medium flame.
Enjoy with hot phulkas.
