Ingredients:
- White chickpea- 2 Cups
- Mustard seeds- 1 Tsp
- Coconut- 1/2 Cup
- Green chilli- 2
- Ginger- 1 Inch
- Asafoetida(Hing)- 1/2 Tsp
- Red chilli- 1
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure:
Soak and pressure cook the chickpea till 6-7 whistle.
Take a wok add till oil put the mustards, red chilli, hing and curry leaves allow it to crackle. Then coarsely grind the coconut, green chillies and ginger add to the wok along with boiled chickpea. Cover and cook for 15 mins. Serve it hot.
