Tuppa Dosa (Maida Urad Dal Dosa)


Ingredients:
  1. Raw rice- 1/2 cup
  2. White Lentils (Ural dal)- 2 cup
  3. Maida- 3 1/2 cup
  4. Salt

Procedure:

Soak the Raw rice and Urad dal in water for 4 hrs. Blend it to a smooth paste and allow it to ferment overnight.
Mix the Maida to the fermented batter in the morning. The consistency should be of pouring one, not too thick and not too thin. Heat the pan and pour ladle full of batter, smear tsp of ghee over the sides and cover with the lid, when one side is roasted well, flip over and roast the other side. Enjoy with coconut chutney.
