Capsicum Dry curry

This curry goes well with Phulka, roti and as a side dish with Rice....


Ingredients:
  1. Capsicum- 6 Medium size
  2. Onion-2 Medium size
  3. Red chilli powder-2 Tsp
  4. Jerra- 1 Tsp
  5. Jerra Powder- 1 Tsp
  6. Coriander Powder- 1 Tsp
  7. Salt
  8. Oil
  9. Gram flour (Besan)- 3 Tsp

Procedure:

 In the Vessel add oil, Jeera, Onion and fry till the onion turns to light pinkish color. Then add the finely chopped capsicum and add half a glass of water and allow to cook with closed lid. After 10 mins add all the masala( Point 3 to 7) give a nice stir and again close the lid. Once all the capsicum looks cooked finally sprinkle the Gram flour. Serve the dish with hot phulkas.
