Procedure:
Ingredients:
- Rohu fish- 10 pieces
- Chilli powder- 4 Tsp
- Ginger garlic paste- 3 Tsp
- Kabab powder- 2 Tsp
- Rice flour- 2 Tsp
- Salt
- Lemon juice
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except rice flour and marinate for 5 hrs.
Dust the marinated fish with rice flour and deep fry/pan fry on medium flame till you get the brownish-red color.
