Carp / Rohu Fish Fry

Rohu fish are excellent sources of protein and low in fat compared other meat...




Ingredients:
  1. Rohu fish- 10 pieces
  2. Chilli powder- 4 Tsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste- 3 Tsp
  4. Kabab powder- 2 Tsp
  5. Rice flour- 2 Tsp
  6. Salt
  7. Lemon juice

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except rice flour and marinate for 5 hrs.
Dust the marinated fish with rice flour and deep fry/pan fry on medium flame till you get the brownish-red color.
