Carrot kheer


Ingredients:
  1. Milk (Good life)- 1 Ltr
  2. Sugar- 1/2 cup
  3. Carrot- 4 Big
  4. Khova- 2 Tsp
  5. Cardamom powder
  6. Nuts- Badam, cashewnut, dry grapes

Procedure:

Peel the carrots and boil them in the Microwave / cooker (1 whistle).
Once the carrots are cooled down put them in the blender and make a smooth paste.
Boil the Milk and add the sugar, continue to boil for 15-20 mins until the milk reduces and thickens a bit. Then add the Khova and pureed carrots to the milk and boil further for 20 mins. Finally top it off with roasted nuts. Tastes best when refrigerated.
