Neer dosa (Panpholo)


Ingredients:
  1. Raw rice- 2 Cups,
  2. Salt
  3. Hot water (Just enough to grind)
Procedure:
Soak the Raw rice for 3 hrs.
Grind it to a smooth paste and pour in hot water to the batter. This will make the dosa fluffy.
The consistency should be watery and running just like the butter milk.The Dosa pan should be very hot, now make thin dosa's. Enjoy with coconut and green chilly chutney.
